Transport from airport to accommodation

Day 2
Coomkeen – Gearhies walk (from 0 M to 200 M)
Starts over country road, over mountain path to mountain ridge. We follow this mountain ridge past Coomkeen to Gearhies. Back down direction Bantry. This walk gives you beautiful views over Whiddey Island, Bantry and Durrus

Day 3
Glanlough – Ahakista walk (from 32 M to 318 M)
We leave Glanlough (small lake) direction mountain ridge. Follow mountain ridge direction Seefin but  we go right direction Ahakista. We come to the highest point of the walk. Downhill direction Ahakista. This walk gives beautiful views over Bantry Bay, Dunmanus Bay and the Beara Peninsula

Day 4
Gortnakilly – Seefin – Caher – Black Gate Walk (from 35 M to 345 M)
This walk leaves in Gortnakilly direction Seefin over Caher mountains. Then down hill direction Kilcrohane. Beautiful views over Carbery Island, Three Castle head and Bantry Bay

Day 5
Black gate – Light house walk (from 40 M to 231 M)
We leave here on the Black gate direction Ballyroon mountain via tower direction Tooreen. From there we go to the light house and back via the north side to the parking (coffee shop) We will see the light house, the Mizen Head, Dursey island, If we are lucky we might see some dolphins or whales there

Day 6
Tooreen – Cove - Coppermine walk (from 0 m to 232 M)
Leaving Tooreen direction Eskraha when we reach the Cove we go direction Coppermine. We follow the north side of the peninsula, to the road and back direction Black gate. We go past the Cove and see the old buildings from the Copper mines - always overlooking Bantry Bay

Day 7
Beara Island Walk (from 0 M tot 255 M )
45 Min bus ride on the Beara Peninsula, we take the ferry to Castetownbere haven Island. Walk to Beare Island light house on the west side from the island. From there we go east over Derryreeveen, Ballynakilla tot Rerrin. There we take the ferry back to the main land and bus direction Bantry
